The weather and work and the work take its toll

The weather and the work weren't always the most cooperative but we made do with what we had...even sleeping after a long day in the hot sun or walking in the rain and mud, Fred has a smile on his face. This was one of the longer OR days of about 33 operations/procedures in one day and rounds for the Ward teams went on until 5-6pm.  Definitely a well deserved break.

  1. These pictures really hit me big time! I can't even begin to know how tired you all were after a very long hard day. These people will always be thankful for you all helping them in such a time of need!! God will bless you the rest of your lives for what you did in Haidi and you all must feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to go to Haidi and have saved SO many lives! You are all very special people who did so much from the bottom of your lives. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring so much for such a wonderful cause of so many helpless people. I love your web site, it really made a big impression with me. Thanks to you all! Sue Seggerman
